What is Individual Psychotherapy?
Individual therapy focuses on changing problematic behaviours, feelings and thoughts by discovering their unconscious meanings and motivations.
Clients often learn about themselves by exploring their interactions in the therapeutic relationships.
In my work with individual clients I like to blend elements from different approaches, such as psychoanalytical, psychodynamic, DBT and CBT skills and tailor treatment according to each clients needs.
